I am often asked to provide the names of coaches who are ADHD and executive function coaches and are trained in the Play Better methodology, found in my book Why Will No One Play With Me? I have created an online directory of Play Better Coaches who have attended my Fundamentals of ADHD Coaching for Families at the ADD Coach Academy. To be listed on my website, coaches must also be certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Parents will work with the coach to set up the relationship and coaching agreement. Coaching is often done virtually, and the coach will guide you as to whether or not this is an option for you. If you do not find a coach in your area, that may be because there are so few trained, certified coaches.
